Our Compact Drilling Rigs are also at home in the performance category of 800 kN pull force. Rig PD 80/45 CU excels in high flexibility and maximum performance. Time requirements for reaching the drilling position and setting up of the drill mast are reduced to a minimum. Furthermore our mud pump X-1,000 has been integrated into the machine. Incorporation of the X-1,000 pump is enabling us to offer our customers a maximum flow rate at minimum operational wear. Due to the 7-fold bearing mounted drive shaft and the high output this pump only requires maximum 250 rotations per minute.
All driving and setting functions are actuated by a remote control. The drilling functions are controlled via the comfortably fit-ted operating cabin, which is rotatable by 90°. Ergonomic operator seat, efficient air-conditioning system as well as electrically piloted joysticks are standard equipment of this rig.
The rig is equipped with a rack & pinion (RP) feed system and drives the durable power rotary head with a torque of up to 45 kNm. Owing to the large-scale diesel tank of 500 l even long drillings can be performed without major loss of time. Our HDD compact rigs can be equipped with a semi-automatic drill pipe supply or, alternatively, with a fully automatic drill pipe magazine.
As usual our customers can choose from our full line of options and accessories here as well as rely on our experienced service team at any time.
