New Britain Drillers, based in Kokopo ENBP since 1995, is a licensed drilling contractor under the Australian Water Drilling Licensing Act (License #2806, Class 2). We are members of the Australian Drilling Industry Association, ensuring all our work meets the strict standards outlined in the “Minimum Completion Requirements for Water Bores in Australia and New Zealand.”

We have worked across Australia for Waterpng, various government agencies, private enterprises, and the public sector. Our journey began with the construction of the Kokopo borefield for “Waterboard” (now known as Waterpng), and we chose to stay after completing the project.

Our Kokopo facility includes a large warehouse, workshop, and store, supporting our operations with an extensive inventory of submersible bore pumps, motors, controls, and a wide range of tooling and equipment. In addition to bore construction, we specialize in services like cleaning, rehabilitation, and the supply and installation of pumps and motors.

We also offer geophysical logging and pump testing services and are the PNG Islands distributor for Shakti pumps. Our operations are supported by stringent quality systems.
