Lonestardrills LST1A+ / LST1A+HD Soil Sampling Drill

The LST1A+ features an auger head drive in place of the water swivel found on the LST1 and LST1+, making it ideal for auger drilling and soil sampling. Its swivel base design swings the rotary aside for quick, easy access to the borehole. The unit is capable of drilling 6-inch boreholes up to 100 feet deep in normal soils using the standard auger and up to 50 feet with the hollow stem auger. An optional anchor kit allows the unit to push beyond the trailer’s weight.

The LST1A+HD has all the features of the LST1A+ but offers enhanced power and capabilities, with increased pullback/push force and as much as 1,100 foot-pounds of torque to handle challenging soils. Both models can be easily towed by an ATV or UTV, shipped fully assembled in a crate, or knocked down and palletized for less expensive transportation overseas or by truck.
