Problem-free transport
The Klemm KR 805-3G drilling rig is powered by a diesel engine with 160 kW which complies with the current emission regulations (EU Stage V / EPA Tier 4 final). With a machine width of 2.3 m and a weight of approx. 15 t, problem-free container or truck transport is possible.

Optimised kinematics
The machine has an optimised kinematic drill mast connection with a large range of slewing and setting options.

Flexibly adjustable hydraulic control
Using load-sensing technology, patented Power Sharing and the EEP-Package (EEP=Energy-Efficient Power), the machine adapts well to a wide range of consumer configurations whilst also saving resources, such as hydraulic drifter, rotary head, double head drilling unit. Additional components such as a crane, magazine, winch or flushing pumps can also be installed.

Proven modular concept
For the KR 805-3G, you can choose from drill masts with drive or cylinder feed systems and the option to adapt for lattice mast extensions. Drill rods magazines can be used with the drilling rig.Functional safety
The functional safety of the machine controls complies with Performance Level C (ISO 13849), making its design extremely resistant to faults and fail-safe. The ROM and SPM modes are available in the machine in accordance with EN 16228. The drilling rig is prepared for the installation of an interlocked guard. Radio remote control for all functions is also available for the machine.
