Environmental sustainability is becoming increasingly important on specialist foundation engineering construction
sites. Especially in an urban environment, strict regulations
already exist with regard to exhaust emissions, the reduction of noise pollution and vibration-free work, and these
must be observed by the companies carrying out the work.
Against this background, an electrically driven drilling rig
based on a BAUER eBG 33 was developed, which replaces
the diesel engine drive with a powerful electric drive.
